• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

2. Shipping Options and Charges

• We offer the following shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days and cost is 250 PKR.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 1-2 business days time and cost 350 PKR
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Like for Gujranwala only, the delivery charges are 200 PKR. Other than Gujranwala the DC charges are 250 PKR.

3. Delivery Time

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping option.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Local deliveries: 3-5 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to all cities of Pakistan.

6. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery.
• We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
